    I am a recovering workaholic with a history of burn-out, bad habits and bad attitude. My life took a U-turn when I decided to address all of that with self-care and took a path to more self-love.

    I have a PhD in Health Sciences with a decade of experience in research and development. After learning about the power of habits, I decided to learn about the science of behavior change to work in relationship with people and became a health coach.
